Juan Pablo Santos
Founder / Chef
Juan Pablo started his journey with a diploma in Bookkeeping. However, his heart was set on the world of cuisine. He embarked on a culinary adventure that led him to the bustling city of Seattle.
There, he immersed himself in the flavors of Italy and Mexico, refining his skills at renowned establishments like Maggiano’s, El Toreros, and Azteca’s.
With each dish he created, Juan Pablo’s culinary prowess flourished.
Josue Santos
Founder /Chef
Josue embarked on his own culinary adventure at De Instituto Veracruzano De Alta Cocina.
Eager to expand his horizons, he made his way to the United States, working in various restaurants across the country.
In 2014, Josue settled in Vancouver, gaining valuable experience at Las Margarita before reuniting with his brother at Nook Restaurant.
